2. Services:

As an NGO, SEVA India provides knowledge-sharing, capacity-building, and developmental support services through a network of professionals. These services are offered to support nation-building and community development. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

3. Eligibility:

You must be at least 18 to engage with SEVA India. Minors may participate in our programs with parental or guardian consent where required.

4. Confidentiality and Data Protection:

SEVA India adheres to the Information Technology Act of 2000 and related data protection laws in India. Any information shared with us during interactions or collaborations is treated with strict confidentiality. We use secure systems to ensure that your privacy is protected. 5. Use of Donations and Funding:

As a registered NGO, SEVA India receives donations and grants to fund its initiatives. All funds are used transparently and directed toward our programs' stated objectives. Financial reports and impact assessments are available to donors upon request.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Donations made to SEVA India are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in specific fundraising campaigns. Contact our support team for assistance to cancel a recurring donation.

7. Use of Intellectual Property:

The organisation's intellectual property includes all materials, reports, content, and other resources produced by SEVA India. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or modification of this content without written permission is prohibited. This is enforced under The Indian Copyright Act of 1957.

8. Limitation of Liability:

SEVA India is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from using our platform or participating in our programs. Our maximum liability is limited to any donations made directly to SEVA India, following the laws applicable in India.

9. Third-Party Links and Collaborations:

SEVA India may provide links to third-party platforms or collaborate with external organisations. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content or practices of these third parties. Users are advised to review their terms and conditions independently.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

The laws of India govern these terms. Any disputes arising out of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thrissur, Kerala, and will comply with the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

11. Dispute Resolution:

In case of any disputes, SEVA India encourages resolution through dialogue. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of 1996. The arbitration will occur in Thrissur, Kerala, and will be conducted in English or Malayalam.

12. Termination of Service:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any individual's access to our services if there is a breach of these terms or inappropriate conduct. Access to SEVA India services will be revoked upon termination, and any ongoing obligations will still apply.

13. Modification of Terms:

SEVA India may modify these terms from time to time. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of our platform after any changes signifies your acceptance of the modified terms.
